Why do you use Crisp Chat on your website rather than Messenger Chat?
Although we develop chatbots for Messenger and Instagram and are huge advocates of ManyChat, we use Crisp Chat over Messenger on our website for a number of reasons:
Crisp is a web chat solution and does not require the website visitor to have and use Messenger for chat
Crisp is far more configurable than Messenger Web Chat
Crisp provides other features like a Knowledge Base, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and email Campaign marketing
Crisp has a very functional and feature rich Application Programming Interface (API) which allowed us to build a Natural Language Understanding FAQ System on top of it, driven by Google's Dialogflow and Google Sheets. This is a product called QnAsheet which we use ourselves and also sell.
